CNC Mill Setup

Job Location: In-Person, $30-$35/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

An organization specializing in precision manufacturing for industrial and aerospace markets. They are seeking a CNC Mill Setup to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a CNC Mill Setup:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines following detailed work instructions and blueprints
• Install, align, and adjust fixtures and cutting tools to meet process requirements
• Troubleshoot setup issues, tool wear, and machining errors to ensure quality standards
• Maintain accurate setup documentation and production records in compliance with industry regulations
• Collaborate with engineering to improve machining processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform routine machine maintenance and uphold safety and 5S organizational practices

Your skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in CNC milling setup, preferably in aerospace or high-precision environments
• Strong knowledge of G-code, tooling, and machining principles
• Proficiency in GD&T and blueprint interpretation
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with tight-tolerance machining and supporting or training team members
