Fabrication Supervisor

A manufacturer specializing in stainless steel piping and ventilation solutions for industrial facilities. They are seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Fabrication Supervisor:

• Supervise and lead a team of fabrication and welding employees to meet production goals
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies throughout the department
• Facilitate communication between production teams to ensure schedule alignment and customer satisfaction
• Approve timecards, track attendance, and manage vacation requests for direct reports
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, or coating processes
• Formal training in Lean manufacturing methods and continuous flow
• Strong team-building, communication, and problem-solving abilities
