Mixing Operator – 1st Shift

Job Location: In-Person, $18/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Excellent Benefits

A manufacturer serving industrial markets with advanced ceramic and refractory components. They are seeking a Mix Room Operator to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Mix Room Operator:

• Measure and mix raw materials to create water-based ceramic suspensions following standard procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mix room and work areas
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate shift requirements and production goals
• Accurately record time and quantities for all production activities

Your skills and experience:

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing materials
