Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial components and systems, serving a wide range of industries with innovative solutions. They are seeking a Powder Coating Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Powder Coating Technician:
- Manually apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment to achieve uniform coverage on ductwork and components.
- Operate and troubleshoot spray guns and powder delivery systems to ensure consistent application and minimize downtime.
- Safely load and unload industrial curing ovens, monitoring baking cycles and handling high-temperature equipment.
- Perform routine checks on coating thickness and communicate quality findings to team members for process adjustments.
Your skills and experience:
- Basic experience with welding, either professionally or as a hobby.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial equipment and tools.
- Attention to detail for quality checks and adherence to specifications.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and process feedback.
