2nd Shift Packer

Job Location: In-Person, $19/Hour, 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday

A manufacturer of paper-based food packaging products. They are seeking a Packer to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Packer:

• Inspect and pack paper dishes into bags and boxes according to production schedules
• Work collaboratively with team members to cover multiple machines and maintain workflow
• Prepare, assemble, and label boxes for finished products
• Monitor product quality, remove defective items, and communicate equipment issues to supervisors
• Replenish packaging supplies and maintain cleanliness of work area throughout and at the end of shift
• Follow food safety and workplace safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment

Your skills and experience:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math skills and ability to perform visual quality inspections
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
• Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and following safety protocols
• Attention to detail in packaging and labeling tasks
