Job Location: In-Person, $17-$18/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
A manufacturer specializing in metal fabrication, machining, and powder coating solutions for industrial markets. They are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Associate:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Perform simple machine set-ups and operate equipment as needed
- Inspect parts and monitor scrap rates to ensure quality standards
- Support additional tasks and adapt to varying production needs
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of quality control procedures and ISO concepts
- Accountability for attendance and maintaining a positive attitude
