Day Shift Packaging Operator

Job Location: In-Person, $22-$24/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Sunday, Excellent Benefits

A manufacturer in the food and nutrition industry, specializing in infant formula production. They are seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Packaging Operator:

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery such as de-palletizers, fillers, labelers, and casers
• Perform quality checks and resolve minor issues independently
• Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork, both hard copy and digital
• Set up, clean, and organize work areas, including equipment preparation and sanitation
• Reload production materials onto equipment as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets

Your skills and experience:

• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
• Attention to detail and legible handwriting for documentation
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Consistent work history in manufacturing or similar environments
