Job Location: In-Person, $24-$28/Hour, 1st Shift,Full-Time, Monday-Saturday
A company specializing in waste management and hauling services. They are seeking a Dispatcher to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Dispatcher:
- Assign drivers to service requests based on customer needs and real-time logistics data
- Collaborate with routing specialists and managers to optimize daily routes and improve efficiency
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to address service inquiries and resolve issues
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve delivery or pick-up challenges before they escalate
Your skills and experience:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with dispatching software or logistics platforms
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
