Full job description

Job Location: In-Person, Salary: $140K+,  Day Shift, Direct Hire

A successful, local manufacturer is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Facilities Manager:

  • Oversee engineering and maintenance for manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and facility infrastructure
  • Lead installation, commissioning, and optimization of automated machinery and robotics
  • Direct preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
  • Manage capital projects, facility upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards including ISO and cGMP
  • Set departmental priorities, manage budgets, and develop team capabilities through training and coaching

Your skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in industrial automation, robotics, and PLC-controlled systems
  • Strong background in preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and facility management
  • Proven leadership in managing technical teams and capital projects within a manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, root-cause analysis, and process improvement
  • Ability to support new product introductions and equipment scale-up
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills
