Our client is a global manufacturer of essential electronic components serving a wide range of industries, committed to innovation and quality. They are seeking a Production Manager to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Production Manager:

• Oversee daily operations within the manufacturing plant
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand
• Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency and quality
• Manage and motivate supervisors and production teams
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production and logistics

Your skills and experience:

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing management role
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and project management
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proven ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
