Full job description
In-Person, $21.50/Hour, 1st Shift, Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Our client is a large, established organization providing essential support and services in an industrial setting. They are seeking a Accounting Assistant to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Accounting Assistant:
- Prepare weekly operating budgets and projections
- Analyze and reconcile accounts for accuracy
- Assist with monthly close processes and reporting
- Coordinate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Respond to customer service inquiries via email and phone
- Handle billing and ensure customer rate increases are maintained
Your skills and experience:
- At least 1 year of office accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
