Job Location: In-Person, $17-$18/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Our client is a leading manufacturing company focused on delivering high-quality solutions through advanced processes and a skilled workforce. They are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Associate:

• Assist team members to achieve daily production goals
• Perform simple machine set-ups and operate equipment as needed
• Inspect parts and monitor scrap rates to ensure quality standards
• Support additional tasks and adapt to changing production needs

Your skills and experience:

• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of quality control procedures and ISO concepts
• Accountability and positive attitude with reliable attendance
