Carpenter Foreman

$32 – $36/ Hour (Based on Experience), Excellent Benefits, Full-Time
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter Foreman to oversee and participate in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures for both residential and commercial projects.
Your day-to-day as a Carpenter Foreman:
- Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Manage the maintenance and operation of project equipment
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and technical documents
- Measure, cut, and shape construction materials according to project needs
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of construction personnel
Your skills & experience:
- Over 5 years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on both residential and commercial construction
- Proven leadership experience, with at least 2 years as a foreman
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and carpentry techniques
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Excellent physical condition and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
