Caterer Warehouse/Driving Associate

Job Location: In-Person, $20-$22/Hour, Full-Time and Part-Time Available, 12-14 Hour Shifts, Excellent Benefits
A hospitality giant in the Capital Region wants you to join their team as a Caterer Warehouse/Driving Associate, and further their commitment to providing the highest level of service.
Your day-to-day as a Caterer Warehouse/Driving Associate:
- Load, verify, and transport supplies to event venues; includes preparing delivery tickets and maintaining accurate records
- Drive company vehicles (up to two hours each way) to event sites, ensuring secure handling of products, supplies, and cash
- Support events by bussing tables and, if experienced, assisting in kitchen operations; break down setups and re-pack supplies post-event
- Handle inventory, pick and pull merchandise, monitor product usage, and ensure proper storage, including perishable items
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks, clean and maintain delivery vehicles, and follow all company safety and security protocols
Your skill set includes:
- Valid driver’s license required and a clean driving record
- Experience using forklifts and power jacks
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting, loading, and event setup/breakdown
- Prior experience in warehouse, delivery, or food service/event support roles is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
