1st Shift CNC Operator

Job Location: In-Person, $18-$40.33/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Excellent Benefits

Our client is a leading provider of metal fabrication, machining, and powder coating solutions for industrial markets. They are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a CNC Machine Operator:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines and lathes for precision metal component production
• Interpret engineering blueprints and work orders to plan and execute machining operations
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and ensure proper coolant and lubrication levels
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify adherence to tight tolerances

Your skills and experience:

• Experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments
• Basic knowledge of machine programming, tooling geometry, and cutting speeds/feeds
• Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
