A manufacturer producing precision components for the medical, aerospace, automotive, and defense industries. They are seeking a Machinist to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Machinist:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual and CNC grinding equipment to produce precision medical components
- Perform basic CNC programming and data entry to support production runs and modifications
- Utilize measuring equipment to inspect products and ensure accurate diameter tolerances
- Monitor part conformance and adjust equipment based on blueprint specifications or work order instructions
- Maintain established production levels and quality standards, including reworking products as needed
- Complete daily data entries using internal computer programs
Your skills and experience:
- High technical aptitude with strong attention to detail
- Experience with CNC or manual grinding equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Proficiency with measuring tools and quality inspection processes
- Strong computer skills for data entry and production tracking
- Excellent attendance and reliability
