Our client is a manufacturer specializing in premium gourmet chocolate and confectionery products. They are seeking a Order Fulfillment Associate to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Order Fulfillment Associate:
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or manual processes
- Prepare shipments and ensure accurate order fulfillment following company guidelines
- Communicate inventory shortages, quality issues, and equipment problems to appropriate teams
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with inventory counts as needed
Your skills and experience:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with shipping software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
