A manufacturer serving the medical device and industrial tooling markets. They are seeking a Machinist to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Machinist:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual and CNC grinding equipment for precision medical components
- Perform basic CNC programming and data entry to support production runs
- Inspect finished products using measuring equipment to ensure diameter tolerances and quality standards
- Adjust manufacturing equipment based on blueprint specifications or work order instructions
- Maintain established production levels and rework products that do not meet specifications
- Input daily production data into internal computer systems
Your skills and experience:
- Experience with CNC or manual machining equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and machine operation
- Good attendance record and reliability
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to company procedures
