Job Location: In-Person, $17-$18/Hour, 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday
A manufacturer specializing in metal fabrication, machining, and powder coating solutions. They are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Associate:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Perform simple machine set-ups and operate equipment as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
- Inspect parts and monitor scrap rates to maintain quality standards
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills and understanding of production requirements
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and ISO concepts
- Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
