A manufacturer specializing in metal and plastic components for industries such as aerospace, medical, automotive, and telecommunications. They are seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a CNC Programmer:
- Develop detailed CNC programs for horizontal and vertical machining centers using advanced CAM software
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with specifications
- Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Create and maintain setup instructions, tooling lists, and required documentation
Your skills and experience:
- Proficient in CNC programming, preferably with Mastercam and multi-axis machining
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities in a manufacturing setting
- Excellent reading comprehension and blueprint interpretation skills
- Effective communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
