Job Location: In-Person, $28-$36/Hour, Day Shift, Full-Time
Our client is seeking a Shop Foreman to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Shop Foreman:
- Plan and assign daily tasks to fabrication crew based on project priorities and deadlines
- Supervise, train, and mentor fabricators, welders, and shop staff to ensure high performance
- Review shop drawings and specifications to guarantee accurate and quality fabrication
- Oversee production processes and inspect finished products for quality and compliance
Your skills and experience:
- At least 5 years of sheet metal fabrication experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a shop environment
- Working knowledge of fabrication equipment, safety standards, and workflow optimization
