Maintenance Supervisor

Job Location: In-Person, $25-$35/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

A manufacturer specializing in precision machined components and subassemblies for the aerospace, manufacturing, and defense sectors. They are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Maintenance Supervisor:

• Supervise general maintenance personnel and oversee daily facility operations
• Conduct monthly and daily inspections of safety and critical equipment
• Manage maintenance contracts, obtain quotes, and select suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean working environment
• Coordinate equipment repairs and consult with service representatives
• Initiate personnel actions and perform performance reviews

Your skills and experience:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical systems
• Ability to interpret PLC ladder logic and diagnostics on CNC equipment
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing
• Commitment to ongoing training and safety compliance
