Manufacturing Production Specialist – 2nd Shift

Job Location: In-Person, $18/Hour, 2nd Shift, Monday-Sunday

A manufacturer serving industrial markets with precision ceramic and refractory components. They are seeking a Manufacturing Production Specialist to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Production Specialist:

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as injectors, mixers, and presses to form ceramic parts
• Assemble raw materials into finished products following process instructions and quality standards
• Participate in hands-on training to develop and improve production skills
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to all safety procedures

Your skills and experience:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools
• Effective time management and ability to meet production goals
• Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
