Outbound Team Member

Job Location: In-Person, $16.50-$17.71/Hour, 1st Shift,Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm or10am-6pm, Excellent Benefits, Enjoy team appreciation events

Our client is a large, fast-growing company providing supply chain and distribution solutions to a wide range of customers. They are seeking a Outbound Team Member to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Outbound Team Member:

• Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment
• Pick, pack, receive, and load parts as part of a collaborative warehouse team
• Utilize RF scanners to accurately process inventory and orders
• Meet daily performance goals for order accuracy and productivity

Your skills and experience:

• Comfortable with physical activity such as walking, lifting, and reaching
• Able to use handheld scanners or smartphones for inventory tasks
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented with a focus on speed and accuracy in order processing
