A manufacturer specializing in technology products for industrial applications. They are seeking a Production Team Lead to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Production Team Lead:
- Assign daily tasks and lead production team to meet manufacturing goals
- Provide training and ongoing communication to team members on assembly protocols
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Monitor quality standards, enforce safety regulations, and support performance management
Your skills and experience:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably with technology products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in organizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail
