Production Technician – 2nd Shift

Job Location: In-Person, $18-$20.75/Hour, 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, Comprehensive benefits from day one

Our client is a manufacturer serving industrial markets. They are seeking a Assembly Technician to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Assembly Technician:

• Assemble a variety of sub-systems and components by hand following detailed instructions
• Operate manual and power tools as required for assembly and validation tasks
• Read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions
• Perform basic troubleshooting and problem solving during the manufacturing process
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Complete required manufacturing documentation and communicate professionally with team members

Your skills and experience:

• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing assembly role
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• High manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Comfort with computers and manufacturing documentation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
