A company specializing in restoration and cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. They are seeking a Cleaning Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Cleaning Technician:
- Perform specialized cleaning tasks including dryer vent, air duct, mini split, and carpet cleaning
- Strip, wax, and maintain various types of flooring
- Interact with customers to address cleaning needs and provide assistance
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Your skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of professional cleaning or maintenance experience
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work off-hours, be on call, and handle overtime as needed
