Full job description

Job Location: In-Person, $27-$30/Hour, 1st Shift,Full-Time, Monday-Sunday, Excellent Benefits

A company specializing in restoration and cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. They are seeking a Cleaning Technician to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Cleaning Technician:

  • Perform specialized cleaning tasks including dryer vent, air duct, mini split, and carpet cleaning
  • Strip, wax, and maintain various types of flooring
  • Interact with customers to address cleaning needs and provide assistance
  • Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently

Your skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years of professional cleaning or maintenance experience
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to work off-hours, be on call, and handle overtime as needed
