A manufacturer producing advanced ceramic and refractory components for industrial markets. They are seeking a Mix Room Operator to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Mix Room Operator:

• Measure and mix raw materials to create water-based ceramic suspensions following standard procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mix room and work areas
• Collaborate with other operators to coordinate shift requirements and workflow
• Accurately record time, quantities, and actions performed during production

Your skills and experience:

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks safely
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety regulations
• Basic math skills for accurate measurement and mixing
