Full job description

Job Location: In-Person, $18.50/Hour, 1st Shift,Full-Time, Monday-Sunday, Excellent Benefits, Enjoy a supportive team environment

Our client is a manufacturer specializing in premium gourmet chocolate and confectionery products. They are seeking a Order Fulfillment Associate to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Order Fulfillment Associate:

  • Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or manual processes
  • Prepare shipments and ensure accurate order fulfillment following company guidelines
  • Communicate inventory shortages, quality issues, and equipment problems to appropriate teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with inventory counts as needed

Your skills and experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with shipping software
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
