Our client is a large, established organization providing essential support and services in an industrial setting. They are seeking a Accounting Assistant to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Accounting Assistant:

• Prepare weekly operating budgets and projections
• Analyze and reconcile accounts for accuracy
• Assist with monthly close processes and reporting
• Coordinate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Respond to customer service inquiries via email and phone
• Handle billing and ensure customer rate increases are maintained

Your skills and experience:

• At least 1 year of office accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
