Job Location: In-Person, $28-$36/Hour, Day Shift, Full-Time

Our client is seeking a Shop Foreman to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Shop Foreman:

• Plan and assign daily tasks to fabrication crew based on project priorities and deadlines
• Supervise, train, and mentor fabricators, welders, and shop staff to ensure high performance
• Review shop drawings and specifications to guarantee accurate and quality fabrication
• Oversee production processes and inspect finished products for quality and compliance

Your skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of sheet metal fabrication experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a shop environment
• Working knowledge of fabrication equipment, safety standards, and workflow optimization
